Each turn consists of 8 phases:

2 Choose Project Select 1 Project

3 Buy Materials & Labor Place Material tokens and cubes onto your Project

4 Dazzle Compare Reputation + Specialist expertise to Dazzle Threshold

5 Sell Building Gain money and move Project to Portfolio

6 Score Objectives Complete either/both available Objectives and score points

7 Replenish Display a fresh Project and/or Objectives

8 Capitalize Advertise or Fundraise
